“Still buzzing from my first training session with Emily this morning! I was especially keen to tone my upper arms and to understand a bit more about HIT (High Intensity Training)

She did a great job planning the session and adapted it to a couple of pre-existing injuries I’d forgotten to mention beforehand. Rather than just issuing instructions and shouting from the side-lines ( like other PTs I have met) Emily is patient, actually listened to me and was quietly encouraging throughout.

She also gave me some great tips to carry on with at home. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious and I am looking forward to my next session soon. We did this one remotely via Zoom, due to the current lockdown, but her studio looks great, so I’m hoping we can do a session in person next time!”

"My mum and I had a PT session via Zoom by Emily, before starting she checked what areas we would like to work on and also what equipment we had available to taylor the session to our needs.

Emily was extremely observant and quickly noticed that we were training on a hard flood (we hadn’t told her this) and so chose exercises that we were able to comfortably carry out.

Emily clearly has an extensive knowledge surrounding this and talked us through how to carry out the exercises correctly. Emily also did the exercises which motivated me to carry on! Thank you, I couldn’t recommend a better PT!"
